These are two poems I wrote during the year...what do you think?

Graduation

Like a beach at dusk:
White foam against the sea of blue.
Darkness beyond that.
The stars flash and flicker in the black.
Moving. In and out.
The waves splash upon the sand,
Then quickly return from whence they came.
The waves never stop.
The stars flicker more now;
The wind howls in the open air.
Slowly the sea begins to calm.
The waves decist.
The stars disappear;
The wind is silent.
Anticipation grows.
The sea, the stars the wind - all are ready.
The evening erupts.
Every star shines to make the night look like day.
The howling wind is deafening.
The sea seems to rise.
Water everywhere...
The sea is no more.

This one doesn't have a title...any ideas??

And so the day arrived
When all must end.
Nothing mattered anymore.
Not the lies, nor the fights,
Nor the words that hurt and made you cry.
Nothing; none of that.
You look into her eyes.
What do you see?
Are you holding her?
Aren't you always holding her?
The images flow down her face in the ever flowing rivers.
Holding her, embracing her.
You don't cry, why don't you cry?
Tighter, tighter.
The two become one...melding together.
One ever-flowing river.
Hello.
I love you.
Goodbye.
No.
Together always as one.
