These are two poems I wrote during the year...what do you think?

Graduation

Like a beach at dusk:
White foam against the sea of blue.
Darkness beyond that.
The stars flash and flicker in the black.
Moving. In and out.
The waves splash upon the sand,
Then quickly return from whence they came.
The waves never stop.
The stars flicker more now;
The wind howls in the open air.
Slowly the sea begins to calm.
The waves decist.
The stars disappear;
The wind is silent.
Anticipation grows.
The sea, the stars the wind - all are ready.
The evening erupts.
Every star shines to make the night look like day.
The howling wind is deafening.
The sea seems to rise.
Water everywhere...
The sea is no more.

This one doesn't have a title...any ideas??

And so the day arrived
When all must end.
Nothing mattered anymore.
Not the lies, nor the fights,
Nor the words that hurt and made you cry.
Nothing; none of that.
You look into her eyes.
What do you see?
Are you holding her?

The images flow down her face in the ever flowing rivers.

i am slowly becoming poor...hmm...i should spend less...probably after the holidays i will...all my friends and i could only go out like...once every couple weeks...and just hang out normally at someone's house...or doing something free...and legal...must do that...especially since...my paycheck doesn't come until friday...and..it won't be much...what fun!!...the next two weeks should be good...

damn...i want to go and hang out with people...hmm...maybe we will just go walk around somewhere...maybe not see a movie...hmm...who knows...we shall see...

i must do my last bit of christmas shopping this week...which means...Grace's gift...and cards for the people i need cards for...Zhara is getting me an expensive Christmas gift...she shouldn't...but she won't let me talk her out of it...it will be awesome though...

is that it??...i work a lot this break...but i have most evenings off for now...the week of christmas (i'm off christmas day)...i work 5pm-1am or 6pm-2am...depending on the night...so yeah...that should be fun!!!...but that gives me the whole day to hang out...do some productive things...read hamlet...the such...

so my weekend recap...friday was awesome...saw II was such a cool movie...i'm going to rent saw I and watch it this week...after that we went to ashleigh's party at the groove...which was pretty cool...i felt wierd being that everyone there was really young, old, or just not goodlooking...it was fun though...yesterday...saturday...i did hw and went the band carwash...fun...then i went to work...came home did hw...sleep...woke up this morning...hw...work...then mall or someplace with people tonight...and i actually got stuff done this weekend...

1. steve - you have a rival school fuck up your football field and yet you still kick there ass that night

2. fawaz - theres an eyebrowless black man haunting students.

3.Ashley - a black woman is called WENDY for the first time in history because she lets you go there during lunch. (or so says 'THE guys')

4. Keogh - every other week you cant get a mountain dew becasue someone ripped out the dollar takers in the pepsi machines

5.david-your a fucking idiot and half the kids in your class are black

6. nate- the "bafrooms" are a fucking message board for gang members.

7. Jim - everyone evacuates the school because of a deadly bag lunch

8. Danielle- catching a girl in a guy's stall smoking weed only gets you 3 days suspension...

9. Valerie- there's never soap in any fucking bathroom throughout the school.

10. Dai- when there's not enough subs and you all go to the theatre and do nothing

11. Michelle- when you have to walk half a mile to the other campus in just 9 minutes, to get to your next class

12. Ike- when you have pj smith and ike khan bringing you 2000 Hooters wings just because your a senior.

13. Donald- when Donald's car (1990 Ford Taurus) pulled the senior float because Donald, PJ and kent had to put it together in the same fucking day because nobody wanted to help. A durr

18. Sara - you walk the long way to 2nd period to avoid walking through the 'Black Forest.' (and somehow I always get to class quicker this way...)

19. Roy- administrators drive dangerously around the school in golf carts

20. Lauren- your school is a year behind other schools in other states...*cough* *cough* Michigan....*cough* *cough*....

21.kendell- when people have sex on the dance floor at homecoming and the administrators ask where its happening not to stop it but so they can watch, becasue lets face it, fat old white people arnt getting any

22. anthony - all you have to do to get a free ride to the other campus is get in trouble and refuse to walk to the office

23. erin - when you start a chainletter like this and then someone from olympia copies and makes a "you know you go to olympia when..." chainletter because they're just so cool like that

4 day weekends are for bliss and relaxation...every body just breath...and chill...breath in...and breath out...relax...

discovery cove was fun yesterday...though my legs hurt from the lifeguard test...10 pound brick my ass...marching band was...ok...no calls in the middle of the night so i got to sleep...finish UF application today and read Jane Eyre...eww...then the game...eww...then the same tomorrow...only homecoming...not eww...then the same on sunday...fun fun...
